Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chlorine dioxide gas generator capable of controlling the concentration of a chlorine dioxide gas, and a sterilization device using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a sterilization device comprising a chlorine dioxide gas generator CG, in which the chlorine dioxide gas generator CG includes: a gas generation part 11 generating a chlorine dioxide gas and feeding the generated chlorine dioxide gas to a prescribed space; and a control part 12 where, based on the volume of the prescribed space, in such a manner that the concentration of the chlorine dioxide gas in the prescribed space reaches a prescribed target concentration range, in the gas generation part, on time of generating the chlorine dioxide gas and off time of stopping the generation of the chlorine dioxide gas are controlled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
