Abstract:
To provide a cleaning management system enabling a customer to properly recognize the cleaning status of clothing.SOLUTION: Each record in a merchandise management DB of a cleaning management system stores customer identification information for a clothing lending destination, personal identification information, the date and time at which cleaning is carried out, and an appropriate number of cleaning within a certain time period in association with IC tag identification information on an IC tag attached to the clothing. A control unit refers to, through a predetermined operation unit, the customer identification information and a record that contains the designated customer identification information when a predetermined time period that has the same time length as that of the certain time period is designated, calculates the number of cleaning that is the number of dates and times at which the cleaning is carried out within the predetermined time period for each personal identification information, and creates data on a business form that indicates the accumulated number of cleaning within the predetermined time period and the appropriate number of cleaning within the predetermined time period for each personal identification information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 32
