Abstract:
To provide a cleansing cosmetic that can be quickly and adequately washed away with water; does not cause a slimy feel of skin due to an oil solution during washing away; and does not leave a feel of remaining oil (feel of oily film) after washing away.SOLUTION: A cleansing cosmetic contains following components. Component (A): a polyglyceryl fatty acid ester comprising an ester of a C6-26 fatty acid and a polyglycerol with an average degree of polymerization of 3-50, component (B): an oil solution, component (C): arginine and/or arginine derivatives, component (D): inorganic acids and/or organic acids, and component (E): water.SELECTED DRAWING: None
