Abstract:
To improve quality of a coffee beverage manufactured by a coffee maker on a coffee beverage manufacturing technology.SOLUTION: A coffee maker 1 for making coffee includes: storage parts 72, 725, and 726 capable of storing liquid of high temperature; and an extraction container 9 in which liquid from the storage parts 72, 725, and 726, and coffee beans are stored for extracting coffee from the coffee beans. In a state in which an order for coffee is not received from a user (stand-by state), the storage container 9 is heated by the steam generated by the storage parts 72, 725, and 726.
