PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor coil bobbin and winding core holder capable of winding a primary coil and a secondary coil by holding a gapped winding core on the assumption that the winding core is annealed and used while forming a gap, and to provide a reactor together.SOLUTION: The reactor coil bobbin and winding core holder includes a synthetic resin frame body 1 including: a pair of hollow cylindrical core holding parts 6 and 6 for holding a gapped winding core 2; a pair of connection parts 7 for connecting the core holding parts while interposing a predetermined interval therebetween; and spacer pieces 8 integrally formed at any suitable positions on outer peripheral surfaces of the core holding parts. The frame body divides both the core holding parts and the spacer pieces in intermediate portions. Two pairs of opposing divided core holding parts include, in end portions, engaging parts 9 and 10 which can be connected with each other in the state where the gapped winding core is extrapolated and the spacer pieces are fitted into the gap. Outside of both the connection parts and inside of both the core holding parts, a coil holding part 11 for winding a coil strand is continuously formed.
