Abstract:
To provide a coin processing device including a conveyance mechanism that pushes a side of a coin supported by a conveyance path having an inclined flat surface with a pin to slide the coin, the device being downsized by curving the conveyance path for the coin and capable of suitably conveying the coin even when being downsized.SOLUTION: A conveyance pin roller 23 is fixed to a conveyance belt 24. The conveyance pin roller 23 is arranged so as to be inclined to the surface of the conveyance belt 24. The conveyance pin roller 23 projects from between a conveyance path 51 and a rail 25. The conveyance pin roller 23 is placed to be perpendicular to an inclined surface of the conveyance path 51, and pushes a side of a coin supported by the conveyance path 51 and the rail 25 to convey the coin. A tip end of the conveyance pin roller 23 includes an expanded part gradually expanded in diameter toward the tip end. While an edge of the coin is separated from the conveyance path 51 in a curved portion of the conveyance path 51, the expanded part continuously pushes and conveys the coin while limiting movement of the edge of the coin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
