Abstract:
To provide a cold room for solving such a problem that there is a big change in the relative humidity with a temperature change in proportion as a lower temperature environment and the outer wall and the ceiling of a high-rise cold room each have a larger surface area, with the result that it is difficult to evenly obtain an environment having a temperature of 0-1°C and a relative humidity of 95-99% required to cool perishable articles for a long period, because of heat entry from the outside.SOLUTION: A cold room is formed in a dual structure encircled by an independent air-conditioned space to eliminate the effects of heat entry from the outside. Besides, A downflow air current is formed by a double ceiling to uniform a temperature and a humidity in the cold room. By circulating low-temperature and high-humidity air blown from a low-temperature and high-humidity cooling unit which does not emit power heat to the outside of the device, a temperature and humidity change in the cold room is minimized to actualize an environment required to cool perishable articles for a long period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
