Abstract:
To provide a compass provide with a needle protection portion elevating mechanism capable of automatically exposing only a tip of a needle when drawing an arc and exerting a constant piercing force against a paper surface.SOLUTION: A central leg 10 of the compass comprises a central leg main body 11, and a needle mounting portion 40 provided at a tip of the central leg main body 11.
