Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing device for a concrete mass capable of manufacturing a high-quality recycled aggregate by reliably recovering an aggregate from a concrete mass.SOLUTION: A processing device for a concrete mass is a jaw crusher type processing device, and comprises a fixed jaw 2 having a fixed tooth 22 attached inside and a swing jaw 3 having a movable tooth 32 attached inside. A substantially V-shaped processing chamber 4 is constituted by the fixed tooth 22 and the movable tooth 32, and upper and lower ends of the processing chamber 4 respectively serve as a supply port 41 and a discharge port. A lower end of the swing jaw 3 is energized in a direction away from the fixed jaw 2 by energization means, and is rockably supported on the body frame side via a toggle plate. An upper end of the swing jaw 3 is rotatably installed via a bearing 8 on an eccentric shaft 7, which is rotated via a driving mechanism. An eccentric quantity Lg of the eccentric shaft 7 is set to 10-15% of an average opening quantity Lof the supply port 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
