Abstract:
To easily check the connection status between a contact and a wiring substrate while electromagnetic noise can be blocked.SOLUTION: A connector 1 mounted on a substrate includes: a plurality of conductive contacts 120 arranged in one direction respectively to a plurality of signal transmission members provided in a connection target; an insulating housing 110 that holds the plurality of contacts 120; a conductive shell 130 attached to the housing to cover the housing; and a conductive cover member 200 attached so as to be switched between a closed state of overlapping the shell 130 and an open state with respect to the shell 130. The shell 130 has an opening 131d at a position corresponding to a joint portion of the plurality of contacts with the substrate. When the cover member 200 is open with respect to the shell 130, the joint portion of the plurality of contacts 120 with the substrate is exposed to the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
