Abstract:
Cosmetic composition comprises at least one dispersed solid phase and a liquid fatty phase comprising at least one oil selected from dry oils selected from oils with a viscosity of =10 Cps, a surface tension of 21-31 mN/m and an evaporation rate of less than 0.002 mg/cm 2>/minute. The dispersed solid phase is present in the composition in an amount such that the volume fraction of the dispersed solid phase is >=55 (preferably 55-98) vol.%. The composition has a volatile and a non-volatile fraction.
