Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition effective for ameliorating symptoms of autism spectrum disorder.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a composition for ameliorating autism spectrum disorder, which is an oral pharmaceutical composition or a food or beverage composition, the composition consisting of a combination of:(1) at least one pyridoxamine compound selected from the group consisting of pyridoxamine and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and (2) at least one thiamine compound selected from the group consisting of thiamine, a derivative thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: None
