Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for a dietary supplement containing L-arginine which sufficiently masks the taste of L-arginine and to provide a composition for a liquid or jelly-type dietary supplement which has an extremely high content ratio of L-arginine and is easy to ingest.SOLUTION: There is provided a compound for suppressing the taste of an amino acid, which has a functional group for promoting ionization of the amino acid. Further, there is provided a compound for promoting dissolution of an amino acid in water, which has a functional group for promoting ionization of the amino acid.SELECTED DRAWING: None
