Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction of narrowing detection control in a case that plural welding power sources are used simultaneously.SOLUTION: In a narrowing detection control method of welding power sources in which plural welding power sources PS1, PS2 generate respective arcs 31, 32 on a common workpiece 2 for welding and at least one set PS1 of the welding power sources implements welding under narrowing detection control, a welding voltage detection value Vd1 includes a voltage value (noise) generated by an inductance value L of a common electrification passage in which a summed welding current Ig flows, the summed welding current Ig is detected, a welding voltage modification value Vf1=Vd1-L dIg/dt is calculated, and the narrow detection is implemented by using the welding voltage modification value Vf1. Thus, since noise superposing on the voltage for detecting narrowing can be removed, malfunction of narrowing detection control can be prevented.
