Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for coupling segment rings forming a helical tunnel with each other.SOLUTION: A segment ring 2 has a cylindrical body 4 formed in a taper shape in side view and inner flange parts 11, 12 respectively arranged at one end and another end of the cylindrical body 4. Through holes 21, 22 are formed in the inner flange parts 11, 12 respectively. The through hole 22 is situated at a position spaced by a predetermined amount in a circumferential direction of the cylindrical body 4 relative to a reference line SL passing through the through hole 21 and extending parallel to a center line CL of the cylindrical body 4. A construction method of a helical tunnel comprises making the through hole 21 of one segment ring 2 and the through hole 22 of the other segment ring 2 face each other in a state in which the center line CL at one end of one segment ring of the segment rings 2 coupled each other and the center line CL of the other end of the other segment ring 2 coincide with each other, and inserting a bolt in the through holes 21, 22 facing each other and fastening the bolt.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
