Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection terminal capable of reducing stress in all directions applied to a portion in which the connection terminal is soldered to a circuit board by a cold heat cycle.SOLUTION: A connection terminal 46 of the present invention includes; a substrate connection part 81 electrically connected to a circuit board 61; an intermediate part 82 whose one end is connected to the substrate connection part 81 and other end is connected to one end of a coupling part 83 extending opposite the substrate connection part; and a base 84 which is connected to the other end of the coupling part 83 and a portion of which other than connecting to the coupling part 83 is separated from the intermediate part 82 via a slit 86. The connection terminal is also equipped with a substrate-side terminal 48 formed on approximately the same plane by the same plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
