Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform connection of both side surfaces of a connection tape at the same time and to reliably recover cut optical films for connection.SOLUTION: A connection device of an optical film includes: a first attachment means ZT1 disposed just above a film travelling part; a pushing means AY and a first adsorption fastening means XG1 which sandwich the first attachment means and is disposed on upstream/downstream of a film supply direction; second adsorption fastening means XG2 and third adsorption fastening means XG3 corresponding to the pushing means and the first adsorption fastening means below the film travelling part; and a sealing base stand 50 which fits a cutting means QD just under the traveling part and a second attachment means ZT2 adjacent to the cutting means. Therein, the first attachment means allows a first connection tape to be set on a lower part thereof, can be moved in a width direction by a first driving source and can be moved vertically, the sealing base stand can reciprocate respective moving means in the supply direction and can reciprocate the respective moving means in a width direction, with a width distance, the cutting means is caused to rise and fall, and the second attachment means is provided with a second connection tape and is caused to rise and fall and can be moved by the second driving source which is actuated simultaneously with the first driving source.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
