Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container manufacturing method by liquid blow molding, which is capable of decreasing spills of a liquid from a mouth part when conveying a liquid-blow-molded container main body to a capping position from a molding die.SOLUTION: The method includes: a preform disposition step S1 which disposes a preform PF in a molding die 2; a liquid blow molding step S2 which supplies a compressed liquid inside the preform PF disposed in the molding die 2 to mold the preform PF to a container main body 3 carrying the liquid housed inside thereof; a holding/conveying step S3 which holds the container main body 3 at a die opening position of the molding die 2 by a holding device and conveys the container main body 3 by the holding device to a cup 4 that is capable of housing and holding the bottom part of the container main body 3; and a cup conveying step S4 which conveys the cup 4 holding the container main body 3 to a capping position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
