Abstract:
Disclosed are guide apparatus for guiding an advancing continuous fiber bundle, a winding machine having the guide apparatus (10) installed therein, a method for making a bobbin (1) of a continuous fiber bundle, particularly that of carbon fibers, and a carbon fiber bobbin made by using the winding machine; and the guide apparatus (10) comprises: a pair of a first and a second guides (4, 5) disposed on a passage of the fiber bundle, axis lines (4a, 5a) of the guides (4, 5) being in a relation twisted away from each other in a space, and a parallel guide (6) disposed at a downstream side of the pair of the guides (4, 5), axis line of the parallel guide (6) being parallel to an axis line (1a) of the bobbin (1), the first guide (4) being a flat or a conical guide, and the second guide (5) being a conical guide.
