Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain staying or overflowing of a molded part in a continuous processing system for arranging a peripheral device on the downstream side of a rotary type powder compression molding machine.SOLUTION: In a control device for controlling a rotary type powder compression molding machine for molding a molded part by compressing powder filled in a mortar hole by a pestle, by rotating a rotary disk having a table provided with the mortar hole and a pestle holding part for vertically slidably holding a pestle arranged above and below the mortar hole together with the pestle, the control device of the rotary type powder compression molding machine is constituted for adjusting a rotation speed of the rotary disk and the pestle of a molding machine in response to its detected staying quantity or a flow rate, by detecting the staying quantity or the flow rate via a sensor on the molded part of an inlet part for receiving supply of the molded part or an outlet part for discharging the molded part of finishing post-processing, in a peripheral device of applying predetermined post-processing to the molded part discharged from the molding machine on the downstream of the molding machine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
