PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operation efficiency by suppressing wasteful stopping which occurs for some reason when a user who has entered a landing leaves the landing.SOLUTION: An elevator device comprises a security system which has: a registration ID management processing unit for collating ID information on a user read by an information reading terminal and determining whether or not the information is the ID information registered in advance; a determination processing unit for determining a user who enters the landing; a determination processing unit for determining a user who leaves the landing; and a service request transmission unit for transmitting a service request to an elevator. An optimum elevator, corresponding to the service request, is selected from a plurality of elevators, and a group management control unit for managing elevator operation sums up the number of users by departure floor/destination floor based on destination floor registration information transmitted by the service request transmission unit, and cancels the destination floor registration or the call registration thereof when the number of users is 0.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
