PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a covered cup container having a simple structure in which an opening blade does not act as a drag when pouring a content after breaking a hermetic sheet to open the container.SOLUTION: A covered cup container is characterized in that the container comprises a container body in which a mouth part is sealed by a breakable hermetic sheet, and a top cover mounted to the mouth part of the container body; the top cover is equipped with a top face wall disposed above the hermetic sheet, a mounting cylinder part fixed to the mouth part and provided consecutively to the peripheral edge of the top face wall, an opening formed on the top face wall, and an opening blade provided consecutively to the top face wall by a pair of support parts, to the opening; the opening blade is equipped with a blade part having a cutting blade at a front end, an operation part having a grip at a rear end, an elastic inversion hinge mechanism connecting the blade part and the operation part to maintain a stable condition in the extending and bending states; a pair of support parts has a second hinge part turnably supporting both side end faces of the opening blade to the opening; and the top face wall has a locking part inhibiting the return of the blade part to an initial position when the cutting blade breaks the hermetic sheet by rotation of the opening blade.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
