Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water channel-cum-concrete curbstone and construction method therefor, the water channel-cum-concrete curbstone adopting, as a water channel-cum-concrete curbstone eliminating rust generation, a thick concrete one instead of a steel one to secure weight and strength, eliminate deterioration and damage caused by rust, and make it possible to complete construction by only placement without fixation on a road, wall, or the like using an anchor bolt.SOLUTION: A water channel-cum-concrete curbstone is composed of: a thick concrete lid part including a front extension part, a slope rising part, a top face part, a rear rising part, and a continuous groove part formed inside the top face part; and a water channel part in a groove type shape, the water channel part being open upwards to be fitted to the groove part. Intake ports are formed at part of the slope rising part and front extension part of the lid part, the intake port communicating with the water channel part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
