Abstract:
To provide a damper hinge having high operability with a simple structure and being inexpensively manufactured.SOLUTION: A damper hinge includes a cylinder case 2, a valve member 4 having a pair of valve piece portions 4c, 4d, a first rotary shaft 6 having a pair of valve members 6h rotatably disposed in a first housing chamber, a second rotary shaft 8 coaxially and co-rotatably connected to the first rotary shaft 6 in a second housing chamber, fluid damper means disposed at a first rotary shaft 6 side, and one-way rotation energization means disposed at a side of the second rotary shaft 8. The fluid damper means is composed of pair of valve members 6h disposed while kept into contact with a surface portion of the valve member 4, a first fluid chamber and a second fluid chamber respectively housing the pair of valve members 6h, a pair of first fluid passages operated through the valve members 6h in a prescribed rotation angle range of the first rotary shaft 6, a second fluid passage disposed on positions of the valve piece portions 4c, 4d, and a third fluid passage disposed between the first fluid chamber and the second fluid chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
