Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system enabling simple display of delay information when necessary.SOLUTION: A delay certification display system includes: an IC ticket having section information; a mobile communication terminal comprising means for obtaining the section information from the IC ticket and transmitting the obtained section information to a management server, and display means for displaying delay information when the delay information is obtained from the management server; a delay information database having delay information including delay occurrence time, a delay section, and a delay time; and the management server including means for checking if there is delay information corresponding to section information obtained from the mobile communication terminal by the delay information database, means for obtaining delay information from the delay information database if there is delay information, and means for transmitting the obtained delay information to the mobile communication terminal.
