PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability by increasing a temporal margin as much as possible for a transmitting operation.SOLUTION: In a preliminarily designated reception period R2, a transmission signal Rt is received to generate reception signal Rr, and when the reception period R2 ends, the reception signal Rr is demodulated to generate demodulation data, and the code error of the generated demodulation data is corrected, and whether or not the code error remains in the demodulation data after code error correction is determined, and when it is determined that the code error does not remain in the demodulation data after code error correction, the demodulation data after code error correction are message-decoded and put out.
