PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for acquiring an entrance of an institution intended by a user as a destination.SOLUTION: A destination acquisition system comprises: a retrieval institution acquisition unit for acquiring a retrieval institution which is an institution retrieved in a retrieval database, which is a database on the Internet managed by a retrieval provider, where at least coordinates of the institution are recorded for each institution; and a destination acquisition unit for, in a vehicle database where a site region of the institution and an entrance through which a vehicle can enter the site region are recorded in association with each other for each institution, in the case where a corresponding institution whose coordinates of the retrieval institution are present in the site region can be retrieved, acquiring the entrance associated with the corresponding institution as a destination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
