Abstract:
To provide a flip separation device, a flip separation method, and a tableware washing system that can reliably carry out a tray and tableware placed on the tray in a flipped posture.SOLUTION: A tableware/tray flip separation device includes: a tray holder 14 that holds a tray 2 on which tableware 3 is placed from below, a carry-out conveyor 15 located above the tray holder when the tray holder holds the tray on which tableware is placed; a storage space 13 formed between the tray holder and the carry-out conveyor; and a rotating drum 20 that flips the tray stored in the storage space and the tableware placed on the tray in a vertical direction by rotating them together with the tray holder and the carry-out conveyor. The tray holder and the carry-out conveyor are rotated by the rotating drum, and the tableware/tray are flipped vertically, and after the tableware is separated from the tray, the carry-out conveyor is driven to carry out the tableware separated from the tray from the storage space, and then the tray is carried out.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
