Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an operation rate of a device by arranging the device for accurately positioning a yarn end part dissociating member on the basis of the transmission of winding state data on a spinning cop to be processed in a yarn end part dissociating device. SOLUTION: In an area of a yarn end part dissociating device 26, a spinning cop 41 is positioned in a working position. That is, a yarn end part dissociating member 16 is lowered toward a conical winding part 43 of the spinning cop 41. When the yarn end part dissociating member 16 moves downward to the working position, a spinning cop centering member 17 is placed on a bobbin tube pointed head member 48, and the spinning cop 41 is positioned by receiving the action of a spring 42. At the same time, a spinning cop rotating device 45 abuts to a bobbin support 44 by being turned toward the bobbin support 44. A movement of the yarn end part dissociating member 16 to the working position is controlled by being converted into an accurate distance value to be lowered by a device composed of a reversible driving device, a magnetic pole car measuring unit 35 and a zero position sensor 37 in relation to winding state data detected by a yarn end part searching device.
