PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable generation of a finite state automaton with ambiguity eliminated.SOLUTION: In a disambiguation device, when (1) an initial state of A' is registered and (2) with regard to each of A' states (p, s), (2-1) a state p is an end state of A and a state that is in an equivalent relationship with a state (p, s) is not registered as an end state of A', the state (p, s) is registered as the end state of A', (2-2) with regard to A, (2-2-1) combinations of state are created with regard to respective sides of which starting points are combinations of states p1, ..., pincluding the state p, and (2-2-2) with regard to respective created combinations (2-2-2-1) states (q, t) are created and sides are created . (2-2-2-2) When a created side does not generate ambiguity, the side is registered as the side of A'.
