Abstract:
A disc brake device (1a) in which a moment (M1, M2) acts on a pad (3a 4a) in a direction in which a rotation-in side portion is pushed up toward a radially outer side during braking, including the pad (3a, 4a) including a pin insertion portion (12c, 12d) and a clip insertion portion (45), a pad support member, including a pin (11c, 11d) inserted into the pin insertion portion (12c, 12d) in an axial direction, and supporting the pad (3a, 4a) so that the pad (3a, 4a) is movable in the axial direction, and a pad clip (20a, 20b, 20c), including a pad pressing portion (60a, 60b, 60c, 60d) inserted into the clip insertion portion (45) in the axial direction, and configured to press the pad radially outward. The pad clip (20a, 20b, 20c) is configured to apply a pressing force to the pad (3a, 4a) so that a radially inner side portion of an inner peripheral surface of the pin insertion portion (12c, 12d) is pressed against a radially inner side portion of the pin (11c, 11d).
