To provide a display device capable of reducing restriction on design.SOLUTION: A display device includes: a diffusion plate 80 having an outer edge 81 and protrusions 82 which protrude in a protrusion direction intersecting with an extension direction of the outer edge 81; and an inner case 15 having outer and inner support parts which support the diffusion plate 80, and an upper pressing part 103 and lower pressing parts 106 which press the protrusions 82 in directions of the outer and inner support parts to fix the diffusion plate 80 on the outer and inner support parts and which include an upper slit 104 and lower slits 107 in a protrusion direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
