Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a sintered raw material increasing utilization efficiency of iron contained in oil-containing sludge, in processing of ferrous oil-containing sludge.SOLUTION: Oil-containing dust discharged from a combustion furnace 10 and recovered by a cyclone 12 or an electric dust collector 14 is mixed with oil-containing sludge in a mixer 50, and is re-supplied to the combustion furnace 10, and thereby oil-containing sludge and oil-containing dust are recovered as oil content removal sludge capable of being utilized as a sintered raw material. Consequently, utilization efficiency of iron contained in oil-containing sludge can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
