Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use release paper separated from a waste material of a decorative gypsum board while maintaining stable operation of a cement burning apparatus.SOLUTION: A processing apparatus 1 of a waste gypsum board includes a first crusher to crush a waste material W of a decorative gypsum board, a sorter (crusher-sorter 2) to sort release paper from a material crushed by the first crusher, a mixer 3 to mix the release paper P sent from the sorter with waste plastics WP, a second crusher 4 to crush a mixture M sent from the mixer, and a front burner 5 to inject a crushed material C sent from the second crusher into a cement kiln. The second crusher may be installed in an existing waste plastics processing apparatus that crushes waster plastics and injects them into the front of a cement kiln. The release paper separated from the waste gypsum board is processed together with the waste plastics, and thus the release paper is effectively used while regulating chlorine concentration in a cement burning apparatus so as to maintain its stable operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
