Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door that has not only incombustibility and flame retardancy but also thermal insulation and heat retaining property, secures sound insulation, and aims to reduce weight.SOLUTION: A lightweight door with soundproof and fire resistance is featured to have a configuration in which a face plate of the door is made of a steel plate having a thickness of 0.6 to 1.0 mm and a steel plate of a force bone holding the face plate at its periphery is constructed to have a thickness of 1.4 to 1.8 mm, the force bone causes the face plates of the inside and outside surfaces of the door to be in a confront state, and inorganic rock wool having a thickness of 35 to 45 mm thickness is filled therein in a sandwich manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
