Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly draw and display a desired graphic by an intuitive and straight touch operation of a user in a graphic drawing device.SOLUTION: In a touch panel display unit, when positions that correspond to a plurality of feature points according to a graphic desired by a user are touched (S1, S3, and S22), and the touch positions are moved according to a shape of the graphic (S4 and S23) and touch is temporarily released and a different position is touched (S10, S11, and S15), feature conditions of various graphics (a circle, parallel lines, a regular triangle, a triangle, a square, a rectangle, a quadrangle, a straight line, a concentric circle, an ellipse, and the like) are determined according to the plurality of touched touch positions, a locus of movement of the touch positions, and an additional touch position (S5, S7, S12, S15, S16, S18, and S24), and a type and a drawing position of the graphic is determined. A basic graphic of a corresponding type is then read out from a drawing graphic database according to the determined type and drawing position of the graphic, and size of the basic graphic is adjusted and displayed as a drawing at the drawing position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
