Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable efficient drying even with a few heat members.SOLUTION: A dryer comprises: multiple heat rollers 11A-11E aligned to contact with a surface of a continuous sheet of paper 110 where a liquid is provided as well as to contact with an opposite surface thereof, to heat the continuous sheet of paper 110. The heat rollers 11A-11E are members each of which has a curved contact surface 11a contacting with the continuous sheet of paper 110. A conveyance passage in which the continuous sheet of paper 110 is conveyed while contacting with the multiple heat rollers 11A-11E comprises: a first passage Y1 where the continuous sheet of paper 110 is conveyed while contacting with the multiple heat rollers 11A-11E; and a second passage Y2 where the continuous sheet of paper is conveyed while contacting again with the multiple heat rollers 11D-11A as contacting in the first passage Y1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
