Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device for a hybrid vehicle which can increase a driving force for the vehicle with a good efficiency.SOLUTION: A supercharging turbine 64 for driving a compressor 62 and an electrically generating turbine 74 for rotationally driving an electric generator 72 are provided on an exhaust passage 50, and the electrically generating turbine 74 is provided on an upstream side of the exhaust passage 50 with respect to the supercharging turbine 64. In the case that a flow quantity of an exhaust gas from an engine body is lower than a reference flow quantity in a high torque region in which a request torque, which has a request value of a torque transmitted to wheels 4, 4, is equal to or higher than a reference torque, a motor 5 for driving is driven while causing the electric generator 72 to generate electric power, and a flow passage area of the exhaust gas, which is flown into the supercharging turbine 64 is so made as to be larger than a minimum area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
