Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device capable of selectively switching drive transmission paths of two systems while suppressing a rise in cost, and an image formation apparatus.SOLUTION: A driving device 30 comprises: a driving source 1 capable of rotating and reversing; a rotatable input-side rotary member 1a inputting rotary driving force from the driving source; a rotatable output-side rotary member 8 outputting rotary driving force to a body 181a to be driven; and drive transmission path switching means of alternating drive transmission paths of two systems for transmitting the rotary driving force from the input-side rotary member to the output-side rotary member with a drive transmission path from the input-side rotary member to the output-side rotary member, and the drive transmission path switching means has a rotatable moving rotary member 2 which moves in different thrust directions between the drive transmission paths of the two systems when the driving source rotates and reverses so as to transmit the rotary driving force from the driving source to one drive transmission path between the drive transmission paths of the two systems or the other drive transmission path.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
