Abstract:
To improve convenience of a clothing dryer and drying quality of clothing.SOLUTION: A drum type clothing dryer 1 includes: a drum 5 rotating during drying operation; a heat pump unit 7 for circulating and supplying dry air inside the drum 5 during the drying operation; and a partition member 30 for partitioning between an input port 3 and the drum 5 during the drying operation, and capable of rotating together with the drum 5. The partition member 30 includes: an inner lid part 31 for partitioning a central part of an opening 5a of the drum 5 corresponding to the input port 3; and an outer ring part 32 arranged in a periphery of the inner lid 31 and for partitioning an outer peripheral portion of the opening 5a of the drum 5. At each timing of before starting and after starting of the drying operation, the inner lid part 31 opens/closes automatically.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
