Abstract:
To provide a drum-type washing machine capable of preventing clothing from jumping out of a rotary drum.SOLUTION: A door packing 30 comprises a guide protrusion 30c and a protrusion 30b that are provided on an opening side of a water tub compared to a lip part. A guide protrusion end part 30f that is on an inner diameter side of the guide protrusion 30c is formed so as to have a smaller diameter than a drum opening part 25a. A protrusion end part 30e that is on an inner diameter side of the protrusion 30b is formed so as to have further smaller diameter than the guide protrusion end part 30f. The guide protrusion is positioned on an upstream side of the protrusions in a rotation direction of a rotary drum. By the structure, even when clothing is protruded from the rotary drum 25 in dewatering, it is pushed into the rotary drum 25. The clothing that is pushed in is attached onto an inner peripheral surface of the rotary drum 25 by a centrifugal force. Thus the door packing 30 and the clothing are prevented from being damaged by that the clothing is continuously bumped with the door packing 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
