Abstract:
PURPOSE: To offer the throw-away diaper which is excellent in a follow-up property to a wearer of the upper face sheet, and also, can process easily solid excretions by wrapping up the solid excretions in the upper face sheet, separating the upper face sheet separately from the diaper main body and rejecting it, or rejecting only the solid excretions by a water flow of a stool.
CONSTITUTION: A throw-away diaper 11 is provided with the surface sheet 12 of liquid permeability, the reverse side sheet 13 of liquid unpermeability, an absorber 14 positioned between both sheets, and the upper face sheet 15 of liquid permeability placed separably on the surface sheet 12, and in the upper face sheet 15, an elastic expanding/contracting member 29 is stretched on both side parts along the longitudinal direction. Also, at least both end parts 25, 26 in the longitudinal direction of the upper face sheet 15 are fixed to the surface sheet 13, and also, at least one of both end parts 25, 26 can be detached.
