CONSTITUTION: An electronic element, for use at very low temperature, comprises a discontinuous metal film 1, a magnetic field generating apparatus 2 that generates controllable magnetic field around the discontinuous magnetic film 1 in the vertical direction and an electronic l element with electrodes to flow current through the discontinuous metal film 1.
