PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly evaluate use of electric power by each customer of electric power.SOLUTION: The divergence value calculation section calculates a divergence value between a recommended electric power at the date and time when a DR (demand-response) breach case occurs at each of plural customers and the electric power used by the respective customers at the date and time (S36). A point calculation section calculates an evaluation point for evaluating the use of electric power according to the recommended electric power in DR breach case by the respective customers based on divergence value of the respective customers and distribution of divergence values (average value and standard deviation) of all customers (S44).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
