Abstract:
To provide an electronic apparatus capable of attaining down-sizing while suppressing short-circuiting between adjacent leads.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus A1 comprises an electronic component 1, a resin member 2 covering the electronic component 1, and a plurality of leads 3 each conducted to the electronic component 1. The resin member 2 includes a first resin side face 231 turned to one side in a first direction (y) orthogonal to a thickness direction (z) of the resin member 2. The plurality of leads 3 is disposed along the first resin side face 231 and includes a plurality of lateral exposed parts 41 exposed from the first resin side face 231. Each of the plurality of first lateral exposed parts 41 includes a first tapered portion 410 which is tapered toward the first resin side face 231 in a view in the thickness direction (z). The first tapered portion 410 includes a first distal end face 411 which is turned in the same direction as the first resin side face 231 in the first direction (y) and flush with the first resin side face 231.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
