Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a temperature change in a conduction slide surface of a terminal member such as a brush in real time.SOLUTION: A conduction slide surface temperature measurement device 10 comprises: a slide driving part 30 allows a conductive member 20 to be relatively slid to brushes 2 and 4 in a state of conducting to the brushes 2 and 4 as a terminal member to be disposed onto the conductive member 20 having an infrared transmission; and an infrared temperature measurement device 52 that measures a temperature of a conduction slide surface through a side opposite to the conduction slide surface of the conductive member 20 and the blushes 2 and 4. A first conductive member providing a copper thin film onto a sapphire glass substrate suitable for the temperature detection on the conductive member side or a second conductive member as a Ge substrate suitable for the temperature detection of the blushes 2 and 4 side can be used as a conductive member 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
