Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy saving measure that can be done by a user.SOLUTION: An energy saving information management unit 14 includes a storage unit that stores user attribute information indicating management authority of a user for an apparatus, apparatus attribute information indicating the installation place of the apparatus, and energy saving measure information indicating an energy saving measure for the apparatus. A measure information generating unit 28 obtains present location information indicating the present location of a portable terminal device 60 having requested for acquisition of power saving measure information, obtains from the storage unit energy saving measure information indicating an energy saving measure for an apparatus of which the relation between the present location and the installation place satisfies a preset condition and the user has management authority on the basis of the present location information, the user attribute information on a user of the portable terminal device 60, and the apparatus attribute information, and creates a list of energy saving measure candidates. A communication unit 12 transmits the list of energy saving measure candidates to the portable terminal device 60.
