Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a viscoelastic confectionery by passing a viscoelastic confectionery in a rope form through a thermostatic chamber while carrying it on a spiral conveyor to make temperature control without developing the sectional deformation and outer skin breakage of the confectionery.
CONSTITUTION: A viscoelastic confectionery C extruded in a rope form from an extruder 1 is carried onto a spiral conveyor 3, and put to temperature control in a thermostatic chamber 8 during its carriage on the conveyor. Then, the confectionery is spread with a roller 9 and formed, cut with a cutting packaging machine 4 and then packaged, thus obtaining the objective viscoelastic confectionery.
