Abstract:
To efficiently store a backup program of a control program.SOLUTION: An internal memory 15 stores a control program written by a program writing device 40 in a nonvolatile manner. In a microcomputer 10, a CPU 11 executes the control program stored in the internal memory 15 to control the operation of the facility apparatus 1. The microcomputer 10 reads the control program from the internal memory 15 and writes the read control program into an external memory 20 when backup processing of the control program is started.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
