Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide an evacuation device capable of safely evacuating a wheelchair user. The evacuation device has: an elevating platform 4 which descends to a lower floor from a standby position maintained in an evacuation opening 2 which opens in an upper floor; a wheel stop flap 5 which is disposed at a boarding-side edge of the elevating platform 4 and is biased to a standing position side protruding from the surface of the elevating platform 4; and a flap lock 6 which regulates movement of the flap 5 to a collapsed position side by becoming locked during ascent and descent of the elevating platform 4, the locked state being released at an ascent/descent termination position.
